Roaring Forties Lamb is a Flinders + Co company owned brand, and is the evolution of our original lamb product “Flinders Island Saltgrass Lamb”.

The lambs are raised in the cool climate of the Roaring Forties, where strong winds temper the climate, and allow grass to grow year round. Those same clean winds share oceanic minerals with the coastal soils, giving the lamb a more balanced, delicate flavour profile.

Completely grass fed and finished, only the very top 10% of lambs will ever make the strict “Roaring Forties” grade for quality.
